Not legal advice. This is a service agreement for a paid listing. It is not a financial product, not a security, not an investment, not a share of View Buy It, not bank collateral, and not a promissory note.
View Buy It (viewbuyit.com), ABN 50 286 931 863, sole trader, Queensland. Currency: Australian dollars (A$). Named prices as of 31 August 2026. Do not convert. Do not invent extra prices. These terms sit beside the site terms. They do not replace ACL or privacy.
What you are buying
You are buying a paid View Buy It listing service: a directory listing on viewbuyit.com, plus a VBI Gold 6-Star or Seven-Star pin shown beside the Google Maps listing you supply. The pin is a View Buy It badge. It is not a Google star rating and not a fake Google review.
This is a paid View Buy It listing, not a Google review. You pay View Buy It. We do not post reviews on Google for you.
The listing is a service (pin + directory). It is not a security, not an investment, and not a share of View Buy It. Referral credit (keeping an intro monthly rate) is a fee discount, not equity.
Application
Apply on Gold 6-Star / Seven-Star. Intro prices lock when we accept. Card checkout comes on when Stripe or Square is connected. Applying is not a charge. We do not send a local shop to crypto checkout. By applying you agree to these terms.
Gold 6-Star — limited intro
Was A$499/year. Sale A$49 upfront, then A$4.99/month introductory. Keep intro by sending at least 6 referred businesses that apply (or stay active). Otherwise it renews at A$499/year. That keep-intro credit is a fee discount, not equity.
Seven-Star — prestige
Year 1: A$1550 upfront, then A$15.55/month.
After year 1, we count your current live referred payers — other businesses whose listings are live on View Buy It and paying. Until a CRM exists, we count that by hand. We count live paying referred listings, not screenshots.
Keep 7 current live referred payers and you stay on the intro monthly of A$15.55. That is an equitable fee discount for taking part — not equity, not a share of View Buy It, and not an investment.
Fewer than 7 current live referred payers: Seven-Star renews at A$155.50/month plus the year-1 renewal fee of A$1500/year, unless you choose to drop to Gold 6-Star at the Gold 6-Star renewal rate.
Drop to Gold 6-Star at renewal is your choice. You lose the Seven-Star (green) pin and get the Gold 6-Star pin.
What this is not
- Not a security, financial product, investment, share, unit, note, or private-interest instrument.
- Not bank collateral, a trust holding, or a promissory note used as a security.
- Not a Google review and not a Google-issued star rating.
- Not a promise of ranking, traffic, clicks, or income.
